Claire is Showpad’s People Director. She brings over 20 years of HR experience including holding people leadership roles within Hospitality, Public Relations, and Information Services. She has experience in HR Business Partnering, talent attraction and retention, talent development, people operations and experience with large scale HRIS implementations.
At Showpad, Claire leads all specialist people teams and initiatives. Commercially minded she has a passion for initiatives that encourage our teams to grow, develop and feel fulfilled in their roles. She believes that people should work in an inclusive and enriching environment where everyone is valued. She is an advocate for women in leadership and has mentored those returning to work after a period of family leave.
Before joining Showpad, Claire was Head of Global HR Operations for Ascential Plc where she led centralising and improving HR operations processes globally. Claire has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from University of Essex and a MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
In her personal time, Claire enjoyed spending time with her husband and her two small children. She enjoys walking her Cavapoo dog and watching football.
