Garrett Dalton is the Chief Digital Officer at Valrhona (makers of the world’s best chocolate!), located South of Lyon, France. He has the ambitious objective of bringing Digital Transformation to the company, to accompany it ambitious expansion strategy in Food Services (B2B). The principal axes of development are: eCommerce, Digitalizing the Commercial Approach, Industry 4.0 and Data Transformation.
Prior to Valrhona, he has worked designing and implementing digital strategies in a wide range of industries, including digital agency (Fullsix), global health (Roche & BioMerieux), government (European Commission, Milan University), and start ups in several countries.
Specifically, he has successfully rolled out and accompanied the development of sales enablement solutions across 3 major companies globally and has designed award-winning interactive sales tools that maximise the impact of sales teams. He has occasionally lectured on “B2B Digital Strategy” as part of the International Strategy Masters at the Ecole Supérieure de Publicité, Lyon.
