Showpad Sets Industry Security Standard with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and 27701:2019 Certifications
Leading revenue enablement platform is the first in the industry to achieve the ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification
CHICAGO, May 19, 2021 – Showpad, the global revenue enablement technology leader, today announces it’s officially ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and 27701:2019 certified. Showpad is the first Revenue Enablement platform in the industry to have achieved the ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification, making the organization certified to the new ISO privacy standard as both a data processor and controller.
The British Standards Institution (BSI) recognized Showpad for having a first-class information security management system (ISMS) and privacy information management system (PIMS).
Showpad uses the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 leading standard, applying the guidelines and general principles defined in ISO 27002 for implementing, maintaining and improving a risk-based information security management system. Most recently, Showpad received the ISO 27701:2019 certificate in addition to the existing ISO 27001:2013 certificate, validating the organization’s advanced privacy program. Together, these qualifications demonstrate Showpad’s dedication to providing its customers with a secure, flexible and easy to use platform that they can always rely on.
