When did you start using Showpad, and why was it necessary?

We are Zehnder Group Belgium, specializing in ventilation and heating. My role within the company is in marketing and communications.

In 2016 we introduced Showpad to our team, which was necessary because before that, we were using a server to store all our files. It was very difficult for everyone to find the right documents.

How is Showpad managed within your company?

When you’re out on the road, Showpad is managed internally by product management. If there’s a new leaflet, they remove the old one and replace it with the latest version. This way, you always have the most up-to-date information.

We did a lot of preparation to create a specific channel for Batibouw, so the sales managers can easily find the documents they need.

What are some key benefits you’ve experienced using Showpad?

The nice thing about Showpad is that you can send anything to any customer — it’s simple, fast, and efficient. One big benefit for us at Batibouw is that our printing costs have gone down significantly because we send a lot of digital materials. This is also great for the environment because we don’t need to print as much.

At events like this, where we interact with hundreds of people every day — between 300 and 400 contacts — it’s easy to lose track. But Showpad’s tracking system helps us stay organized. We can see what information we’ve sent and follow up with people we haven’t heard back from.
